This exciting Arcos program, located on the stunning Southern Mediterranean coast of France, offers an unforgettable 2-week experience in Argelès-sur-Mer. Designed for teens of any age, this all-inclusive program highlights the elite and desirable aspects of the South of France. Immerse yourself in French culture while residing with an amazing host family in Argelès-sur-Mer. The program includes language classes, savoring local cuisine, a French cooking class, and exploring local markets. Unleash your creativity by painting with classmates in a charming French garden. Of course, plenty of beach time is included, as Argelès-sur-Mer boasts one of France's most magnificent Mediterranean beaches. The program begins with a 2-night excursion to the village of Albi and concludes with an unforgettable overnight excursion to Toulouse, the capital of France’s southern Occitanie region, named by Lonely Planet as the top city to visit in 2025.

Classes follow the Common European Framework (A1-C2) and are taught weekday mornings at the Centre Linguistique Constance Cellerier. The curriculum focuses on practical communication skills and includes:
Self-introduction and Social Interaction: Students will learn to introduce themselves and others, express likes and dislikes, and discuss leisure activities.
Vocabulary Development: Key vocabulary areas include terms related to a home and village life, as well as directions.
Practical Communication: The program covers essential phrases for ordering in restaurants and explaining recipes.

Arrive and depart from TLS (Toulouse-Blagnac Airport). Airport pickup by a program director and transport to the village of Albi, France for a 2 day orientation excursion.
Excursion to the 12th century castle of Carcassonne, UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Arrive to Argelès-sur-Mer and meet your homestay! Homestays are carefully selected taking into consideration your interests and preferences. Live conveniently within walking distance to the language school. Two to three students are placed per home. All houses have WiFi.
Six weekday mornings of French class at a private language school with students placed into small groups. The focus is on the practical usage of the French language.
Afternoons are dedicated to local activities and experiences that highlight the very best of Argelès-sur-Mer and French culture.
Argelès-sur-Mer is known for its gorgeous Mediterranean beaches and translucent blue colored-waters. Participants will easily be able to visit the beach every day if they wish! The town is famous for its long promenade that runs along the seafront which offers an incredible place walking and enjoying fantastic sea views.

Morning: Breakfast with your homestay. French classes are 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM with a mid-morning break.
Midday: Picnic lunch prepared by your homestay in the school gardens or at the beach.
Afternoon: Program activities and free time. There is plenty to explore in and around the village of Argelès-sur-Mer.
Evening: Dinner with your homestay. Relax and get a good night's sleep.
